This release introduces a modular user profile designed to support loyalty programs, with native integration to Kognitiv’s loyalty platform.

Guests can see their current tier, accumulated points, available rewards, and active promotions directly within the app. By bringing loyalty information into the user profile, resorts can increase engagement, reinforce recognition, and strengthen long-term guest relationships—without adding friction to the user journey.
