New Order Editing Features
More control over orders. Easily manage changes directly from the Suite Console for smoother, more flexible, and transparent operations: edit guest details, cancel individual items, and manually add or refund products.
- Add Custom Item in Order
Manually add or refund items within any order by simply entering an amount. Negative values automatically generate refunds. You can also remove corrections if needed, and all actions are logged in the order history with optional notes
Note: This feature is available on demand. Let us know if you'd like it enabled for your resort
- Cancel by Line – Skidata Products
Need to cancel just one lift ticket instead of the whole booking? Now you can. Cancel individual Skidata items directly from the Suite Console. The system adjusts totals automatically and communicates with the POS system on resync.
Note: Currently available for Skidata only. Refunds must still be handled via your payment service provider. - Edit Guest & Customer Info
Update names, contact details, or even birthdates right from the order view. All changes are instantly reflected and saved in the order history for easy reference and tracking.
