Improvement: Added a new configuration—“Open New Tab”—to the Webcam module.
When enabled, clicking a webcam card skips the carousel and opens the original webcam source directly in a new browser tab.

This is especially useful for 360° Roundshot webcams, providing the best image quality and flexibility to decide how webcams open.
