Martí Rafel Herrero
Martí Rafel Herrero has some 40 years of experience in the ski industry and in snow and mountain tourism. His experience during the past 20 years includes directing, marketing and commercialization at Pal-Arinsal and VALLNORD in Andorra and at Boí Taüll and Balneario de Panticosa in Spain. Martí also has a background as an Olympic freestyle skier participating in the Olympics in Calgary (1988) and Albertville (1992).
Tonje Berg
Tonje Berg is Managing Director in Curamando AS, a consulting firm working in the intersection between business strategy and digital innovation. Curamando is part of ARC Arise Consulting Group, a carefully selected group of companies that drive digitalization. Tonje has worked with a broad spectrum of clients in different industries. She is highly skilled in strategy, business development, digitalization, change management and corporate governance. Tonje holds a Master of Science degree in Strategy and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
Rafa Fuertes
Rafa Fuerte is the founder and CEO of Viajes Para Ti S.L. and TecTravel S.L. These companies own esquiades.com (a Ski Online Travel Agency) is the leader of ski travel industry in Spain and selling ski travel in all European countries. He also owns Buscounchollo.com, an online flash travel agency leader in Spain. TecTravel S.L. is the major hotel owner of Boi Taull ski resort. He has a degree in economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona).

Albert Ferrando
Albert Ferrando is a graduate of software engineering from EPFL in Lausanne, and he is passionate about all things mobile and about leveraging mobile technology to help businesses achieve their goals. Before founding Spotlio, Albert held a variety of technical and product management positions within the technology sector, working in Switzerland, Austria and Spain, where he focused on building sales platforms and SaaS initiatives.
James Price
James previously held the position of CFO of Spotlio, along with a variety of senior positions in companies such as PwC and Adevinta. He is skilled in M&A, Business Analytics, International Business, Management, and Software as a Service (SaaS). James holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Economics from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master of Science in Financial Management from the Barcelona School of Management.
David Huerva
David has been involved with entrepreneurship since 2010, co-founding Skitude and other companies in the field of IT. Prior to that, David was a researcher and lecturer in the University of Girona. David holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Automatic Informatics from the University of Girona and is passionate about technology and the outdoors.
Ben Faden
Ben Faden has a long history of driving rapid growth in companies and helping their clients work more efficiently and profitably through technology. Having spent the past decade and a half in hospitality tech for Tripleseat, Ben launched several new products and opened new international markets. When not working Ben spends his time with his wife and 3 kids, coaching soccer (football), and trying to eat his way through NYC.
